Whether you are a seasoned runner or wanting to try it out for the very first time, our Run Club is the place to do it!  Run Club is just one of the many benefits for our members to build the best version of themselves.  People who wish to focus on running alone are welcome to sign up and do not need a full membership with the gym.

Tara is passionate about health and fitness and loves to help others with all aspects of their journey to being and feeling their best. She was naturally drawn to a career in healthcare before finding her way into the rewarding role of personal trainer and health/fitness coach for the last 10 years. She has more than 20 years experience participating, training and coaching in a variety of sports from youth and recreational levels to competitive and varsity sports. Tara is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Registered Kinesiologist in the Province of Ontario (RKin.), Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) and is proud to support and be affiliated with the Exercise Is Medicine initiative in Canada (EIMC).
